Harshdeep Kaur, Raftaar, three nights of Dandiya, Durga Puja, food and shopping come together at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium from October 16–20

What if your festive plans included live music, high-energy rap, Dandiya nights, street-food-style discoveries, shopping and a grand Durga Puja celebration — all in one place?

Delhi is gearing up for just that as the fourth edition of TV9 Festival of India 2026 returns to the capital from October 16 to 20 at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium, India Gate. Bringing together music, devotion, culture, food and lifestyle experiences, the five-day festival promises something for everyone — whether you’re heading out with friends, planning a family outing or simply looking to soak in the festive spirit.

Noor-e-Ishq — TV9 Festival of India

Leading the musical line-up are Bollywood and Sufi vocalist Harshdeep Kaur on October 16 and rapper Raftaar on October 17, setting the stage for two evenings of live performances before the festival transitions into three nights of Dandiya, featuring renowned performers and celebrity DJs.

Two nights. Two musical worlds. One festival.

The festival opens on October 16 with Harshdeep Kaur, known for her soulful vocals and much-loved musical repertoire. Her performance will bring a melodic start to the celebrations, offering audiences an evening of music that blends emotion, familiarity and the magic of a live concert.

Raftaar Live in Concert — TV9 Festival of India

On October 17, the energy shifts gears as Raftaar takes over the stage. Known for his distinctive rap style and high-energy performances, the artist brings a contemporary musical edge to the festival, giving fans a chance to experience his signature sound live.

Together, the two headline concerts bring different musical tastes under one roof — from soulful melodies to rap-driven beats — reflecting the diverse ways in which audiences experience music today.

Dandiya Nights — TV9 Festival of India

Three nights of Dandiya, with a different vibe every evening

As the weekend approaches, the celebrations move into full festive mode with three consecutive nights of Dandiya from October 18 to 20. Combining traditional rhythms with contemporary music and DJ performances, the evenings promise an opportunity for friends and families to come together on the dance floor.

The line-up features a mix of performers, bands and DJs across the three nights.

  • October 18: BP Singh, Sheyas Dhramdhikari and DJ Shival
  • October 19: Nizami Bandhu, Saurabh Shaury and DJ Veronika
  • October 20: Falita, Mehfil e Khas and DJ Nitish Gulani

From traditional Dandiya beats to contemporary mixes, the three evenings celebrate the enduring appeal of India’s festive traditions while making space for newer musical influences.

More than concerts: A festival to explore, discover and experience

While the headline performances bring audiences to the stage, TV9 Festival of India offers much more to explore throughout the day.

At the heart of the celebrations is a grand Durga Puja pandal, described by the organisers as India’s biggest Durga Puja pandal, offering visitors a setting for devotional rituals and festive gatherings. The experience brings the spiritual significance of the season into a larger celebration of community and culture.

Beyond the pandal, visitors can explore a lifestyle expo and shopping bazaar featuring a range of shopping options, alongside a food festival serving up a variety of culinary delights.

Cultural showcases and activities for young visitors add to the mix, creating an experience that extends beyond a single concert or evening out. Visitors can spend time exploring the festival, discover different experiences and make an outing of the occasion with friends and family.

For younger audiences in particular, the combination of live music, food, shopping and shared celebrations offers multiple ways to experience the festive season. For families and other visitors, the festival brings devotional traditions and cultural experiences together with entertainment and leisure.

Celebrating India’s many moods under one roof

India’s festivals have always brought people together through shared traditions, food, music and community. TV9 Festival of India builds on that spirit by bringing these different experiences together in one destination.

Its fourth edition combines the devotional atmosphere of Durga Puja with live concerts, Dandiya nights, cultural showcases and a lifestyle bazaar. The result is a festival designed to appeal across generations, connecting familiar traditions with contemporary entertainment.

Whether visitors come for Harshdeep Kaur’s live performance, Raftaar’s rap, the Dandiya nights or the wider mix of food, shopping and cultural experiences, the festival offers multiple reasons to make time for the celebrations.

With five days of programming at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium, TV9 Festival of India 2026 invites Delhi to celebrate the season through music, culture, devotion and shared experiences.
