How the match score works
Every job gets a score out of 100, for how well it fits you.
It weighs four things, most important first: Skills (40%), Experience (30%), Location (20%), and Degree (10%).
It reads what you can actually do, not just keywords in the job post. If you're a fresher, you're not marked down for experience you don't have yet. And jobs that aren't a real fit are hidden, so your list only shows roles worth your time.

Does it automatically apply to jobs for me?
Only if you turn on Auto-Apply, and even then it just gets the application ready in the background. WorkMint drafts it and, with the browser extension, fills the fields on the real job page. You check it and press submit yourself. Auto-submitting from a server gets accounts banned, so the final click is always yours.
Where do the jobs come from?
We help you discover jobs from leading job platforms. We don't scrape content or bypass platform rules. Every opportunity includes the original application link, so you always apply directly with the employer.
Will I see jobs I can't take?
No. You set how you want to work (remote, hybrid, or on-site), the cities you'd move to, and the countries you can work in. WorkMint only shows roles that fit, so you're not scrolling past jobs on the other side of the world. Change any of it and your list updates.
Is my resume shared with anyone?
