Your 24/7 AI career agent
Upload your resume once. Every day, it reads thousands of new job posts, scores how well each one fits you, shows you your real chances of getting shortlisted, and writes a first draft of the application. You only spend time on jobs you can actually get.
Your matches, this morning
LiveRead 2,148 listings overnight. Kept 3 worth your time. Skipped the other 2,145.
01
Endless copy-paste
You fill in the same details on site after site, then try to keep track of it all in a messy spreadsheet.
02
No replies
You send a hundred applications and hear nothing back, because most were never a real fit in the first place.
03
Searching in secret
You already have a job and you’re quietly searching, worried your boss will spot you on a job site.
How the match score works
Every job gets a score out of 100, for how well it fits you.
It weighs four things, most important first: Skills (40%), Experience (30%), Location (20%), and Degree (10%).
It reads what you can actually do, not just keywords in the job post. If you're a fresher, you're not marked down for experience you don't have yet. And jobs that aren't a real fit are hidden, so your list only shows roles worth your time.

Apply in seconds
Open a job page and the browser extension drops your details and the tailored draft straight onto the real form. You read it over and hit submit. Applying takes seconds, not twenty minutes of retyping the same answers.
Want it hands-off? Switch on Auto-Apply and it preps your strongest matches in the background while you sleep. The final submit is always yours, so accounts never get flagged.
Application form
AutofilledFilled 4 fields, draft included. Review and submit.
Stealth mode
Block your current employer and any company they own. Their jobs are removed before you ever see them, so there’s no chance your boss will spot you searching.
Suppressed last night
Only if you turn on Auto-Apply, and even then it just gets the application ready in the background. WorkMint drafts it and, with the browser extension, fills the fields on the real job page. You check it and press submit yourself. Auto-submitting from a server gets accounts banned, so the final click is always yours.
We help you discover jobs from leading job platforms. We don't scrape content or bypass platform rules. Every opportunity includes the original application link, so you always apply directly with the employer.
No. You set how you want to work (remote, hybrid, or on-site), the cities you'd move to, and the countries you can work in. WorkMint only shows roles that fit, so you're not scrolling past jobs on the other side of the world. Change any of it and your list updates.
Never. It's only used to build your own profile and find your own matches. Nothing about you is sent to employers or anyone else.
Each job gets a score out of 100, mostly from how well your skills fit (40%), then your experience (30%), location (20%), and degree (10%). It looks at what you can actually do, not just matching keywords, and freshers aren't marked down for experience they don't have yet.
Yes, that's what Stealth mode is for. Block your current employer (and any parent or sister companies) and those jobs are never fetched or shown to you.
It's free to use. No spam applications and no per-application fees. You just spend your time on the jobs worth going for.
Not at all. It works for any field, product, marketing, sales, design, ops, and more. Your skills come straight from your resume, so a marketer's profile looks nothing like an engineer's, and the matching follows suit.
